Notice And Rules

  • The banquet timings for the morning event are 08:00 to 05:00, while for the evening event they are 06:30 to 11:30.
  • The dining timings for morning programs are until 03:00 pm, and for the evening event, they are until 10:30 PM.
  • An additional fee of Rs.15,000/- per hour will be charged if the Royal Palace is vacant during the requested time.
  • Similarly, an additional fee of Rs.10,000/- per hour will be charged if Orchid Banquet is empty during the requested time.
  • No kind of outdoor events, decorations, catering, dolly, orchestra, DJ, smooth music, LED wall, etc. are allowed inside the banquet hall.
  • A payment of 30% of the full amount must be made at the time of booking, and the remaining amount must be paid 30 days prior to the event.
  • Honor row in dining will only be used once and can accommodate 30 to 40 guests.
  • Drinking is strictly prohibited on the banquet’s premises, and police action will be taken against anyone found intoxicated.
  • The bursting of any kind of firecrackers inside or outside the premises of the banquet is strictly prohibited.
  • Large gift items should not be brought inside the banquet and should be kept outside.
  • The management will not be responsible for the loss or theft of cars in the parking lot.
  • It is advised to keep your valuables safe as the management will not be responsible in case of loss or theft.
  • After the reservation , the reservationist assumes full responsibility for any damages to the banquet, which will have to be paid at market price.
  • The banquet should be used carefully, and guests should maintain cleanliness and cooperate with the management by following the rules.
